Mutual fund investors should consider the Fund's investment objectives, risks, and charges and expenses carefully before investing. In addition to the normal risk associated with investing, international investments may involve risk of capital loss from unfavorable fluctuation in currency values, from differences in generally accepted accounting principals or from social, economic or political instability in other nations. Income-producing stocks that meet the Fund's investment criteria may not be widely available and/or may be concentrated in one or a few regions or sectors, which may impact the Fund's ability to produce current income while remaining diversified.
Bond and bond funds are subject to intrest rate risk and will decline in value as intrest rates rise. High yield bonds involve greater risk of default or downgrade and are more volatile than investment grade securities, due to the speculative nature of their investments.
