Since 1995, TDAM USA Inc. ("TD Asset Management") has developed a base of skills that can be combined to maximum effect by our institutional clients, whatever their needs. Money Market
TD Asset Management offers four actively managed institutional funds for both taxable and non-taxable investors.
  • TDAM Institutional Money Market Fund - Invests in quality money market instruments.

  • TDAM Institutional Municipal Money Market Fund - Invests primarily in quality municipal money market instruments.

  • TDAM Institutional U.S. Government Fund - Invests in obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government, its agencies or instrumentalities.

  • TDAM Institutional Treasury Obligations Money Market Fund - Invests in U.S. Treasury obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government, its agencies or instrumentalities.

Short-Term
TD Asset Management offers two high quality, actively managed short-term institutional mutual funds.
  • TDAM Short-Term Investment Fund - Invests in short-term fixed income and money market securities and maintains an average term to maturity of less than 1 year.



  • TDAM Short-Term Bond Fund - Invests in short-term fixed income and money market securities and maintains an average term to maturity of 1-3 years.
Global Equity
TD Asset Management offers a high quality, actively managed global equity institutional mutual fund.
  • TDAM Global Sustainability Fund - Invests in global equities using an active fundamental investment process with a focus on sustainability.
